More pages you can edit

Hi Rueben, I hope you had a great birthday.

I see you did some more edits to fees.html -I fixed it so that it does not throw out the graduation filter in the background or shadows.

You now can edit -

affiliates, instructor and location pages. Two of the pages you get a [X] for the LaMesa logo and I didn't fix it thinking your going delete them anyway.

The fees page is the only place where that edit link is at.
